Sitarani brings to Bennet Group Strategic Communications over fifteen years of experience in marketing, media and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Chief Creative Officer for Organic Media Network, a content development company she co-founded to tell global stories about social change and sustainable living through a national radio program. In addition, Sitarani provided nonprofits and for-profits in the sustainability sector counsel on messaging and strategic partnerships for increased community impact. Before working as a journalist and media executive, Sitarani managed curriculum and faculty for a culinary arts school with four campuses across the U.S. and hosted public and private education events with companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Using her diverse background in operations and public speaking, Sitarani has trained executive leadership teams on collaboration principles and talent development to build effective, customized systems for change management and strategic growth.

She has bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Theatre, is a certified chef and has been professionally trained in meeting facilitation and problem-solving models for business.
