Dylan translates his experience working on Capitol Hill and managing political campaigns to help clients solve complex communications challenges, advance legislative and regulatory strategies, move public opinion, and mobilize communities.
Prior to joining Bennet Group, Dylan was an advisor to Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard in the U.S. House of Representatives, chief strategist to the late-Congressman Mark Takai, Senior Advisor and Hawai‘i State Director for Secretary Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, and campaign manager for Hawai‘i Lieutenant Governor Doug Chin’s 2018 Congressional campaign. He has counseled numerous other political candidates and organizations, companies, and causes in Hawai‘i and on the U.S. mainland.
Dylan graduated from St. John’s University in New York City and worked for the United States Court of Appeals in Manhattan and San Francisco after college. From the island of Maui, Dylan enjoys exploring O‘ahu with his Great Dane mix, Paliko.
